The look and feel of this one was always my favorite.
Some more treasures from that 80's $1 Sack!
VOL I
So, here we go! A few more looks from the $1 Sack of the '80s!
I noticed this morning there's a copy of JANE EYRE as well as Miss Charolette Bronte's VILLETTE. Many others that I haven't paid attention to in years. They have served to please my eye all this time and though I do recall perusing them at one point long ago I haven't given them the interest they deserve.
So let's begin with the beginning indexes to the German collection and see what we shall see.
An exciting little Winter adventure of sharing with my blog friends!
I have posted Vol I index until I see how well it can be read.
For some reason the entire set is in what appears to be 8-10 pt type.
If you click on the photo it should enlarge. If all hgoes well I'll continue
through the 14 volumes.
Have a warm and snuggly day.
Unearth a treasure in your home!

Mimi -- what I like about your vintage books is the covers and spines -- they are so artistic -- would just look great on a shelf. -- barbara
I'm almost certain my parents had that edition of Evaneline. I think my oldest sister ended up with it after the folks died. I'll check with her, it'll give us something to talk about, which we haven't done since mom's funeral.
