A Set of My Treasures

I acquired this beautiful set in the 80's for $1 for the lot.
They are dated 1887 and there are 14 vols in the set.
I love them.
I suppose one day I should have them translated......
Do any of my German readers recognize the title?

Even if you don't read German the set adds a nice vintage look on a shelf -- and all for a dollar -- barbara

I SO love my blog sisters!

Farm Girl- Really? I am adopted from Heidelberg, Germany.
I shall set about seeing what titles I can copy from each volume. It is a beautiful set. I remember grabbing it at my college clean out book sale. $1 a bag!
I've lots more from that bag as well. I adore old things!

Thanks for caring!

Mimi, just take a close-up photo of the Contents page (if there is a Contents page) just like you took a photo of the entire set of books and the one book opened to the Title Page.

You don't have to write all the titles of all the tales down! LOL!

There's more than one way to skin a cat, not that I would.

Cat Skinner- ;)

I will.....I promise.
The goat has made me forget to do many, many things. lol

There are 14 books.....so I'll see if there's a contents page(s).

UI'm also going to take some pics of some other books that were in the bag as well. Old and beautiful!

Thanks for caring!
And I trust you with my cat! :)
